Interactions

One-to-One and Group interaction tracking between members.

Overview

Interactions track face-to-face or group meetings between members outside of formal meetings. They serve as proof of networking activity and are recorded via the mobile app.

Interaction Types

  • One-to-One (1:1): A meeting between two members
  • Group: A meeting involving multiple members

Superuser and Franchise can change the type from the interaction detail page.

Creating an Interaction (Mobile App)

  1. Member opens the app → Home → FAB (+) → "Interaction"
  2. Creates interaction with: type, title, date, venue
  3. Scans other member's QR code to add them
  4. Uploads photos as proof
  5. Completes the interaction

Managing Interactions (Dashboard)

Superuser and Franchise can:

  • View all interactions with filters (type, city, date range)
  • View interaction details: members, photos, venue, date
  • Add or remove members (search by name with city, team, category shown)
  • Change interaction type (1:1 ↔ Group)
  • Interaction creator cannot be removed from the member list

Notifications

When an interaction is completed:

  • All participating members receive email + push notification
  • Franchise user(s) for the city receive email
  • Superuser (portal owner) receives email
