Pins & Recognitions

Awarding badges and recognitions to members.

Member Pins

Pins are achievement badges awarded to members. Each member can have one active pin at a time. When a new pin is assigned, the previous one is automatically removed.

Managing Pin Types

Navigate to Superuser → Member Pins to:

  • Create pin types with title, description, image, and sort order
  • Set conditions: minimum One-to-One interactions, minimum Inductions
  • Drag-to-reorder pin priority (lower sort order = more senior)
  • View how many members have each pin
  • Pins cannot be deleted if assigned to any member

Assigning Pins

  1. Navigate to a member's profile (Superuser or Franchise)
  2. In the "Member Pin" section, select a pin from the dropdown
  3. Click "Assign Pin"
  4. Member receives an email notification
  5. Previous pin assignment is automatically removed

Recognitions

Recognitions are manually awarded badges with no conditions. A member can have multiple recognitions simultaneously.

Managing Recognition Types

Navigate to Superuser → Recognitions to:

  • Create recognition types with title, description, image, and sort order
  • Drag-to-reorder priority
  • View how many members have each recognition
  • Recognitions cannot be deleted if assigned to any member

Assigning Recognitions

  1. Navigate to a member's profile (Superuser or Franchise)
  2. In the "Recognitions" section, select a recognition and optionally add a note
  3. Click "Assign"
  4. Member receives email + push notification
  5. Individual recognitions can be removed with the remove button

Display

Pins and recognitions are displayed across the platform:

  • Mobile App: Home page, Member Explorer, Member Profile — as colored chips (amber for pins, purple for recognitions)
  • Dashboard: Member profile pages
  • Tapping any pin/recognition chip on the mobile app opens a modal listing all available pins and recognitions with descriptions

Filtering

Both Superuser and Franchise member lists support filtering by Pin and Recognition. Options include: All, No Pin/Recognition, or a specific pin/recognition type.
